How We Build
On this page we will show you how we build from beginning to end. The process for our plank styled dining table would be different than our live edge tables, resin and so forth. We will show you bits and pieces from different builds giving you a better understanding of how to do things in the shop.
Every project begins with selecting the appropriate lumber. After processing our lumber through our planer, jointer and table saw; we create a glue up shown in the video above. You will notice dominos being placed every 7 inches to ensure alignment and help keep as much thickness as possible while also helping prevent warping over time.
Shown here is our wide belt sander. One of our biggest investments we've made into our shop. After the glue up process we run the rough tabletops into this machine and it comes out dead flat and sanded every time.
